You can download a file with all of the mapped route data for Mt. Hood - Ladd Glacier. Choose the type of route file you need for your GPS app. Android users: Use a browser other than the stock browser, e.g. Opera. Tested with Backcountry Navigator and Astro/ES File Manager.
